We live in an age of accelerated change. This challenges our traditions and slower, more careful processes. Which is why we began with a clear goal: to bring back the traditional farmhouse chicken, so highly prized in our cuisine.
Our dream was to raise the authentic farmhouse chicken in our meadows.
So, in 1993, we created LumaGorri, to support the survival of Basque agriculture and the local economy.
